Andrei Chapiuk (Andrey Chepyuk)

Andrei was detained on 2 October 2020. He was charged with preparation for participation in mass riots, participation in an international criminal organisation of anarchists, incitement of hatred against the police, and destruction of property.

The international criminal organisation charges was pressed by cops in February 2021. Law enforcers claim that the organisation had cells in various cities and countries and was sponsored by informal foundations. A total of 10 people were involved in the Revolutionary Action case, with some five more wanted.

Aliaksandr Kazlianka (Aleksandr Kozlyanko)

On March 2, 2021 in Brest, a number of activists and young people, who were probably on the list of Main Department for Combating Organized Crime as politically unreliable, were detained. During the week Aleksandr Kozlyanko, Andrey Marach, Pavel Shpetny, Nikita Dranets, Daniil Chul’, Aleksey Golovko were detained.

Each of the detainees was charged with gross violation of order (Art. 342) and participation in an international criminal organisation (Art. 285.2).

Malik Muhammad

Malik is a 26 year old Black/Palestinian pansexual muslim, anarchist, antifascist and anti-racist abolitionist. He was charged with possession of unregistered destructive devices, engaging in civil disorder and obstructing law enforcement and using explosives to commit a felony. He has a wife and young child. He has a long history of protesting and associated actions for Black liberation. 

Ivan Alocco

Ivan was arrested on June 11, 2022 and accused by the Sous-Direction Anti-Terroriste (SDAT) of the Central Directorate of Police French for an investigation concerning some arson attacks, which took place in Paris and Montreuil between January and June of the same year, against vehicles of Enedis (dependent on EDF, Électricité de France), of the SFR (Société Française du Radiotéléphone), of the newspaper "Est Républicain", belonging to diplomatic corps and against a luxury car.

Aleksander Zaitsev

Aleksander is an anarchist accused of attempting to set fire to Chairman of the Supreme Court Sukalo’s dacha (Article 289.2 Attempted act of terrorism by a group of persons). He was detained near Valentin Sukalo’s dacha on August 22nd 2021. According to our information, he went to the site together with provocateur Akulich Dmitry Aleksandrovich, whom he had met while he was in administrative detention. We do not know Akulich’s status in this case, but he is most likely a witness with a false name of Sergeenko.

Artem S. Solovey

Artem is an anarchist from Belarus who was detained on 4 August 2021 and arrested on charges of organisation of actions that disrupted public order during post-election protests in Belarus (Article 342.1) and participation in an extremist organisation (Article 361-1.1).

Оn 22 April 2022, he was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison.

Artem D. Solovey

Artem is an anarchist from Minsk. On August 4, 2021, he was arrested for 15 days for allegedly resisting arrest by the cops. After that he was not released, the criminal case was opened under the Article 342.1 (gross violation of public order) for participation in protests and the Article 361-1.1 (participation in an extremist organization). Earlier Artem had been detained several times at marches and preventively before Freedom Day.

On 22 April 2022 sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Evgeny Rubashko

Evgeny is an anarchist from Belarus who was detained on 29 July 2021 and arrested on charges of organisation of actions that disrupted public order during post-election protests in Belarus. The criminal case was opened under the Article 342.1 (gross violation of public order) for participation in protests and the Article 361-1.1 (participation in an extremist organization). He reported torture (plastic bag on the head, beatings, etc.).

On 22 April 2022, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
