Juan "Nahuel" Manuel Bustamante

As the only arrestee from Operation Ice who was denied bail, Nahuel is still in jail and coping with a tough prison regime designed for hardcore terrorists. He has been moved five times and denied bail almost as many. When the trial finally comes up, the students will stand in the dock on four terrorism charges that could see them put behind bars for 35 years.

And just in all, a case that began with serious charges , for crimes which involved up to 35 years in prison under an initial charge of forming a terrorist group, possession of explosives and caused damage with firebombs at two bank branches in 2013 and 2015. All this based on a controversial statement and with very questionable evidence. For example, a cabbage broth taken by explosive material and the single occurrence of a painted SXE one of the banks as a basis for attributing responsibility for the attack group.

He spent in jail 1 year and 4 months. On July 26, 2018 the defendants were aquitted of praising terrorism.
